CranioSacral Ireland is committed to providing a safe, ethical, and professional service. If a client, parent or guardian has a concern or complaint about a therapist’s conduct or care, we take it seriously and treat it with care, confidentiality, and fairness.
We encourage open communication, and where possible, we ask clients to first raise any concerns directly with the therapist involved. Many issues can be resolved informally through respectful dialogue.
If the matter cannot be resolved directly, a formal complaint can be submitted to Craniosacral Ireland. The complaint will be acknowledged, reviewed, and investigated by our committee according to a clear and fair process. Both the client and the therapist will be kept informed throughout.
Complaints are managed with professionalism, and no client will ever be penalised for raising a concern. All complaints are handled confidentially and in compliance with relevant legal and safeguarding guidelines.
