Types of Membership

Student Membership

Student membership is available to students who are enrolled in a Craniosacral Therapy course at one of the CranioSacral Ireland recognised schools.

To apply for CranioSacral Ireland Student Membership, the following credentials are required — click on each item for further information:

Please note that Garda Vetting and the Children First credentials do not need to be repeated (unless expired) when upgrading to Full Membership after completing your training.

How to Join as a Student member

  • To join as a Student Member, please click on the “Member Login” button on our website and follow the “Sign up” process.
  • Garda Vetting process will be initiated upon the purchase of your Membership.
  • Your payment receipt can be used to avail of discounted Student Insurance.

Student Membership Fees

  • €50, which covers your student membership for the full 2-year training period.
  • Garda Vetting processing fee: €25.
Full Membership

Full Membership is available to fully qualified Craniosacral Therapists who hold a Qualification Certificate from a CranioSacral Ireland recognised school. (If you are unsure whether your school is recognised, please confirm with the CranioSacral Ireland before purchasing your membership).

To apply for CranioSacral Ireland Student Membership, the following credentials are required — click on each item for further information:

  • Certificates
    • Qualification Certificate (include your Paediatric Certificate if you wish to be registered as a Paediatric member)
    • Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology Certificate
    • First Aid Certificate
    • Insurance Certificate
    • Children First Certificate
  • Garda Vetting
  • CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Declaration.

Once your membership is completed and approved, you can choose to have your profile listed on the CranioSacral Ireland Find a Therapist feature.

How to Join as a Full Member

  • To join as a Full Member, please proceed by clicking the “Member Login” button on our website and follow the “Sign up” process.
  • Garda Vetting process will be initiated upon the purchase of your Membership.
  • Your payment receipt can be used to access discounted Insurance.

Membership Renewals 

Renewals are accepted if:

  • You were a CranioSacral Ireland member in the previous year.
  • The renewal window is from October 1st to 31st.

To renew your membership, log in to your Membership Account by clicking the “Member Login” button on our website.

Please note: Failure to renew within the specified window will result in:

  • Removal from the Find a Therapist feature
  • An administration fee of €20 for late applications

Full Membership Fees

  • €120 if joining between November 1st – April 30th
  • €60 if joining between May 1st – October 30th (not applicable to renewals)
  • Garda Vetting processing fee: €25
Associate Membership

Associate Membership is available to anyone interested in Craniosacral Therapy. As an Associate Member, you’ll receive regular updates and have the opportunity to participate in various membership events, including free webinars.

How to Join as an Associate Member

  • To join as an Associate Member, please proceed by clicking the “Member Login” button on our website and follow the “Sign up” process.

Associate Membership Fee

  • The annual fee for Associate Membership is €60.

Please note that Associate Members will not appear on the Find a Therapist feature on the website. Additionally, no credentials are required to join, and Associate Members do not receive a membership certificate.

Membership Information

  • Annual Membership Duration:
    • Runs from 1st November to 31st October.
  • Renewal Period:
    • Membership renewals are due between October 1st and October 31st.
    • Late renewals incur an extra €20 admin fee.
  • Membership Fees:
    • Full Membership:
      • €120 if joining between November 1st – April 30th.
      • €60 if joining between May 1st – October 30th (not applicable to renewals)
    • Student Membership:
      • €50 for two years of training.
    • Associate Membership
      • €60
