Using your Member Account

Check my Membership Requirements and Status

 

 

To check your membership requirements and status:

  1. Log in to your account on the Membership Platform
  2. Go to the My Profile tab
  3. Select the Profile tab
  4. Click on the Credentials tab
  5. Click on the Full Membership Certificate Tile
  6. Select Requirements
  7. If all listed items show a green tick, your membership will be Active
  8. If you see a red X, that requirement has either not been fulfilled or has expired and your membership status will be Inactive

 

 

Add credentials (eg certificates, Garda Vetting Declaration)

 

To upload your credentials:

  1. Log in to your account on the Membership Platform
  2. Go to the My Profile section
  3. Select the Profile tab
  4. Click on the Credentials tab
  5. Click the + Add Credential button
  6. Choose the credential type from the dropdown (e.g. First Aid, Insurance, CST Qualification)
  7. Fill in the required details and upload your certificate or document
  8. Click Save
  9. Your submission will be reviewed and approved by the Membership Officer

Download my Membership Certificate

 

To download your Membership Certificate:

  1. Log in to your account on the Membership Platform
  2. Go to the My Profile tab
  3. Select the Profile tab
  4. Click on the Credentials tab
  5. Select either the Full Membership Certificate or Student Certificate tile
  6. If all your membership requirements are met and your status is active, a yellow Download button will appear
  7. If the button is not visible, check that all your requirements are marked green by clicking on the Requirements tab in this section
Update my Member Details and Find a Therapist profile

To update your Member Details:

  1. Log in to your account on the Membership Platform.
  2. Once logged in, you’ll land in the My Profile
  3. Click on the Profile tab, then select the Basic Details
  4. Click the yellow Update Details button to make changes.
  5. After editing, click the yellow Save button to confirm your updates.

 


 

To update your Find a Therapist Profile preferences:

  1. While still in the My Profile section, click on the Member Details
  2. Select Find a Therapist Profile.
  3. Fill out or update your public profile information.
  4. Click Save to publish your changes.

Purchase Events & Courses

 

To purchase an event or course:

  1. Log in to your account on the Membership Platform
  2. Go to the Events & Courses tab
  3. If you are purchasing a recording of a past webinar:
    – Select the webinar
    – Add a ticket and proceed to checkout
    – Complete payment (no card details are required for free webinars)
    – You will receive an automated email with the recording link
  4. If you are registering for a future webinar:
    – Select the webinar
    – Add a ticket and proceed to checkout
    – Complete payment (no card details are required for free webinars)
    – You will receive an automated email with the Zoom link
  5. If you are purchasing a ticket for an event:
    – Add a ticket and proceed to checkout
    – Complete payment
    – You will receive an automated email with event details
Purchase Garda Vetting, Digital Leaflets & Business Card Template

 

To purchase Garda Vetting, digital leaflets or Business Card Template:

  1. Log in to your account on the Membership Platform
  2. Click on the Shop tab
  3. Select the item you wish to purchase and add to you cart
  4. Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase
  5. You will receive an automated email with further details.
Personalise & download digital leaflets after purchase

 

To personalise & download your Leaflet after purchase:

  1. Log in to your account on the Membership Platform
  2. Go to the My Profile section
  3. Select the Profile tab
  4. Click on the Leaflet tile for the leaflet you purchased (this will appear after purchase)
  5. Fill in your personal details
  6. Click Save
  7. Use the Download button when ready
  8. You can repeat these steps at any time to update your details
Personalise & Download Business Card Template after purchase

 

To personalise & download your Business Card Template after purchase:

  1. Log in to your account on the Membership Platform
  2. Go to the My Profile section
  3. Select the Profile tab
  4. Click on the Business Card tile for the leaflet you purchased (this will appear after purchase)
  5. Fill in your personal details
  6. Click Save
  7. Use the Download button when ready
  8. You can repeat these steps at any time to update your details
Raise membership or account enquiry

 

To raise membership or account enquiry:

  1. Log in to your account on the Membership Platform
  2. Click on the Menu
  3. Select the My Enquiries tile
  4. Click on Member Enquiry + to create a new enquiry
  5. Fill in your message and click Submit
  6. Your enquiry will be sent directly to the Membership Officer, who will respond once they have reviewed your request.
Submit my CPD

 

Your CPD credential expires every year on 31st October. A new CPD Credential can only be submitted once the previous year’s credential has expired, from 1st November onwards, and must be completed by 30th November.

To submit your CPD:

  1. Log in to your account on the Membership Platform
  2. Click on the My Profile tab
  3. Select the Profile tab
  4. Click on the Credentials tab
  5. Choose +Add Credentials
  6. Select CPD Form from the list
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your CPD Form
  8. Complete the Form and click Save
  9. Your submission will be reviewed and approved by the CPD Officer
