This webinar will introduce Integrative Baby Therapy as it is applied within a craniosacral practice. Helen will share insights from her training in Bristol, with a particular focus on pre- and peri-natal perspectives and how this learning has influenced her clinical work. The session will explore how these principles are integrated into everyday practice, supported by clinical examples and case reflections. Time will also be allocated for questions and discussion at the end of the presentation.

About the Presenter
Helen graduated as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST) in May 2017, following a 32-year career in banking. She established her private practice in 2020, having previously worked at the Obus Holistic School between 2017 and 2020.
Helen works with clients of all ages and has a particular specialism in Paediatric Craniosacral Therapy. She is deeply committed to ongoing professional development and has completed a range of postgraduate trainings in CST. Most recently, she graduated from the Integrative Baby Therapy programme, training with Matthew Appleton and Jenni Meyer of Conscious Embodiment in Bristol. This training has informed and deepened her pre- and peri-natal work, which she integrates fully into her clinical practice.
Helen has also assisted on the Body College Craniosacral Therapy training programme in Waterford, supporting the development of future practitioners.
