Announcing a major step forward for the Association – October 2024
We are delighted to announce that our new Membership Platform and Member Finder officially launched today 1st October 2024 — a fantastic milestone for the Irish Association of Craniosacral Therapists (IACST) and its members!
This all-in-one system represents an exciting step forward in the digital transformation of the Association. It simplifies and streamlines every aspect of membership — from managing subscriptions and certificates to booking events, accessing digital CPD recording, and appearing on our public Member Finder.
A Successful Launch
The transition to the new platform has been a great success. We have encountered minimal issues and sincerely thank all members for their patience, adaptability, and enthusiastic engagement during this changeover.
It is especially exciting to see our members appearing on the new Member Finder map, helping the public locate qualified Craniosacral Therapists across Ireland. As more members renew and update their profiles, this public resource will continue to grow.

2024 was a busy and transformative year for the IACST. As part of our commitment to professional growth, the move to this digital platform has improved the efficiency of the Association’s operations while giving members greater flexibility and control in managing their professional credentials.
It also strengthens our ability to promote Craniosacral Therapy to healthcare organisations, external bodies, and the public — a key goal for the Association as we continue to build awareness and credibility for our profession.
Keeping Your Profile Active
Please remember:
- To maintain an active profile, all required credentials must be valid and current.
- The platform will send automated reminders when certificates (such as Garda Vetting Declaration, First Aid, Insurance, or Children First training) are nearing expiry.
- If a required credential expires, your profile will temporarily be removed from the Member Finder until it is updated.
Why This Matters
An up-to-date Member Finder profile is crucial for visibility. We are already seeing members of the public actively using the new “Contact Me” feature to reach out to therapists in their local area — making it more important than ever to keep your listing current.
