CranioSacral Ireland is delighted to invite you to Experience Craniosacral Therapy at our first nationwide promotion day, taking place simultaneously across four locations in Ireland on Sunday, 22 March 2026.

March is Craniosacral Awareness Month, and to mark the occasion, events will be held simultaneously across Ireland, offering members of the public a gentle and accessible introduction to Craniosacral Therapy in calm, welcoming settings.

What is Craniosacral Therapy?

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that supports the nervous system and the body’s natural capacity for balance, regulation, healing and wellbeing. It is suitable for people of all ages and is often described as deeply relaxing and restorative.

What to Expect on the Day

Participants can book one-to-one introductory Craniosacral Therapy session with a qualified practitioner. These sessions are designed to give a sense of how Craniosacral Therapy works and how gentle, whole-body support can help ease tension, support the nervous system, and promote a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.

No prior experience of Craniosacral Therapy is needed. Sessions are suitable for all ages and are offered as an introduction rather than ongoing treatment.

All sessions are delivered by fully qualified members of CranioSacral Ireland in a professional and supportive environment.

Experience Craniosacral Therapy will take place at the following venues:

  • Galway – Sccul Sanctuary, Kilcornan Estate, Clarinbridge

  • Cork – The Natural Clinic, Cork City

  • Laois – The Mind and Body House, Abbeyleix

  • Dublin – Oscailt Integrative Health Centre, Ballsbridge

All venues have been carefully chosen to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming experience.
