Saturday, 17th October 2026 | Solas Bhríde Centre, Kildare

Join us for the CranioSacral Ireland Annual Conference 2026

CranioSacral Ireland is delighted to invite members, practitioners, students and guests to our Annual Conference 2026.

Following the tremendous success of our inaugural conference last year, we are delighted to return to the beautiful and peaceful setting of Solas Bhríde Centre & Hermitages, Kildare for another day of learning, reflection, connection and professional nourishment.

This year’s programme brings together a rich and diverse group of presenters from across the craniosacral, biodynamic, visionary, Upledger and somatic fields. Each speaker will bring their own unique experience and area of enquiry, offering a day that reflects the breadth, depth and continuing evolution of CranioSacral Therapy.

A Day of Learning, Connection and Renewal

Set in the tranquil surrounds of Solas Bhríde, the conference offers an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday practice and gather in community.

Throughout the day, we will explore themes of touch, presence, rhythm, stillness, embodiment, therapeutic relationship, self-care, and the inner and outer landscapes that shape our work. Together, the sessions invite us to deepen our listening, reconnect with ourselves as practitioners, and remain open to the mystery, intelligence and humanity at the heart of CranioSacral Therapy.

We warmly welcome you to be part of this special gathering — to connect with peers, expand your understanding, renew your practice, and celebrate the continuing growth of Craniosacral Therapy in Ireland.

Keynote Speakers and Presenters

Amber Kelly RCST

Inner and Outer Landscapes: Visionary Craniosacral Work®, Touch and the Heart

Amber, a Craniosacral Therapist trained at the College of Craniosacral Therapy in London and the Milne Institute, brings a background in Nutrition and Dietetics and a deep interest in how the body expresses experience across physical, emotional and mental dimensions.

In this session, she introduces Visionary Craniosacral Work® and explores how the “visionary” quality invites practitioners to deepen inwardly and outwardly. Drawing on the anatomical and energetic heart, touch, breath, movement, attention, place, memory, and the words of Irish poets and writers, Amber invites therapists to reflect on how we listen, relate, and meet the whole person — body, spirit and soul.

Maggie Gill CST-D

Lightness: What’s That About?

Maggie, a Certified International Upledger Instructor and examiner with a busy practice in Brighton, explores one of the most common pieces of feedback clients give after treatment: a feeling of “lightness”.

Drawing on science, mind-body awareness, emotion, spirit, and the therapist’s own embodiment, this session invites therapists to reflect on what may be behind this experience. With an emphasis on humility, neutrality, openness, and curiosity, participants are invited to explore the grounding of magic and mystery within Craniosacral Therapy.

Katherine Ukleja PDFDO FCSTA BCST

To Touch and to Hold: Biodynamic Touch and the Breath of Life

Katherine, an internationally respected teacher of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with over 40 years’ experience, explores the extraordinary therapeutic capacity of our hands.

This session reflects on Biodynamic Touch as a gentle, intimate, knowing and empathetic way of meeting the body, shaped by Dr Sutherland’s insight into the Potency of the Breath of Life. Katherine invites therapists to deepen their appreciation of touch, Primary Respiration, embodied history, and the transformative function of Potency in the therapeutic relationship.

Being in Rhythm: From inner rhythm to shared field

This session offers a practical, body-first way of regulating the nervous system through rhythm, movement and voice.
Starting with simple awareness of feet, breath and gaze, participants are guided into gentle rhythmic movement and sound. As individual rhythm becomes more available, it naturally extends into shared rhythm, creating a sense of safety, connection and coherence in the group. The work is simple, direct and experiential, with most people feeling a clear shift in state within a short space of time.

By the end, participants tend to feel more grounded, present and connected, with a clearer sense of their own internal rhythm and how it relates to others
